The Changemakers Youth Forum #CYF is an international platform that offers opportunities for skills development and actively promotes youth engagement, youth participation and youth leadership. The GiLE Foundation is facilitating the co-creation of this annual flagship event that’s essentially shaped by a bottom-up approach. The original co-creators of the #CYF are Pact4Youth Hungary, V4SDG, Erasmus Student Network Hungary, and the International Diplomatic Student Association. The original strategic youth partners are AIESEC in Hungary, and Simonyi Károly Szakkollégium.

The event took place on October 16th, 2021 in Budapest where participants had the chance to listen to keynote speakers such as Ambassador Katalin Bogyay (former Hungarian Ambassador and permanent delegate to UNESCO, President of the United Nations Association of Hungary), Jan Peloza president of EYC and Jacques Spelken of CSR Europe BM. There were also Round Table talks from Young Leaders and some small sessions and workshops hosted by the seven co-creater and strategic youth partner organizations.

Some of the major programs hosted and participated by ESN Hungary were a Youth Mobility Café session together with AIESEC in Hungary, Become a Changemaker presentation and Career Fair & Networking session.

Check out the full list of programs on the CYF Website.

Looking foward to the Changemakers Youth Forum 2022!
